We strongly believe that Mystery is a strategic tool for knowledge, measurement and organizational development in all sectors .
The potential of Mystery is closely related to the skills of those who design, coordinate, and execute a Mystery Auditing activity . These professionals require guidelines and principles to ensure that they are attentive and meticulous in defining a correct mystery project and in the ethical use of the data collected.
For this reason, we contributed to the writing of the UNI 11312 standard and started a partnership with UNI for professional qualification courses.
We believe in Social Responsibility and work to spread the use of Mystery, especially in Public Administration and the Third Sector.
In the private sector, we aim to be the point of reference for those who commission, use or perform mystery audits .
In particular, in the quality and certification and standardization sector, with regards to the application of Mystery in combination with other audit tools.
