AMAI is a cultural association born from a passion for the Mystery Audit methodology and expertise in the field.
We believe that service and hospitality are key success factors for public and private organizations.
We strongly believe that Mystery is a strategic tool for knowledge, measurement and organizational development in all sectors.
The potential of Mystery is closely related to the competences of those who design, coordinate, and conduct Mystery Auditing.
They need clear guidelines and principles to define and plan a sound mystery project and use the collected data ethically and responsibly.
For this reason, we contributed to the drafting of UNI 11312 standard, and we started a partnership with UNI to provide professional qualification courses for Mystery Auditor, Coordinators e Designers.
Social Responsibility is a value for us, and we work to spread the use of Mystery, especially in Public Administration and the Third Sector.
It is our ambition to become a reference contact point in the private sectors to the organisations that asks for, uses and conduct Mystery Audits.
For the ‘Quality’ system, certification and standardization for all what relates to Mystery Auditing combined with other type of audits.
