Mystery Auditing Italy
Established in 2015, the Association Mystery Auditing Italia was created with the aim of raising awareness on how to measure the quality of the services provided, using the Mystery Audit methodology.
This approach is formally defined by an Italian standard UNI 11312-1:2017 Service Quality- Mystery Audit- Part 1: Process requirements and guidelines, that we actively contributed to developing, in collaboration with UNI, the Italian National Standardization Body.
"A Mystery Audit is an undeclared audit performed without being recognized, by simulating the behavior and actions of a potential or actual customer of an organization providing services, including any associated products, in order to measure the quality of the service provided."
