Mystery Auditing Italy
The Mystery Auditing Italia Association was founded in 2015 with the aim of promoting awareness of the quality of services provided through the Mystery Audit methodology.
A tool that we helped codify within an Italian standard born from the technical tables of the Italian Standardization Body, UNI 11312-1:2017.
A Mystery Audit is an undeclared audit conducted in an unrecognizable manner, with the characteristic of simulating the behavior and actions of a potential or real customer of an organization that provides services, including any associated products, with the aim of assessing the quality of the service provided – UNI 11312-1:2017 standard
