Spread the use of Mystery Audit methodology across all sectors, public and private, promoting a culture of service, welcoming, and hospitality.

To be the point of reference for the theoretical and practical aspects of the activity and profession of Mystery Audit, disseminating the ethical and deontological principles as defined in UNI 11312 standard.

Help raise the profile and market value of Mystery Auditing as a profession and practice, by promoting awareness of the expertise, skills and competences involved as identified in the UNI 11312.

We have been involved for years in UNI standardization process, where we continue contributing to the drafting and updating of the standard UNI 11312 Part 1 and Part 2.

Training on Mystery Auditing

We provide training courses to qualify Mystery Auditors professionally and training for Mystery Audit Designers and Mystery Audit Coordinator according to the standard. UNI 11312 Part 1 and 2.
