The Mystery Auditing Italia Association is committed to promoting service quality monitoring from the perspective of the customer/user, or "pilgrim," because it strongly believes that wherever a service is used, it is essential to measure the experience, even if it involves a journey.
Healthcare Project
We are at the forefront of evaluating services provided by companies and organizations in the public and private healthcare sectors.
This is a challenge that needs to be embraced even more, given that healthcare was at the center of attention during the long months of the pandemic.
Municipalities Project
It's a challenge. It's not about agreeing to have your municipality "examined" using a method capable of delving deeper, like Mystery. There's a duality: on the one hand, the desire to truly verify what's working and what's not, and on the other, the fear of what might emerge. Mystery's scientific approach provides a true snapshot of the situation. In our communications, we involve the union representatives and explain to them that no one is being evaluated, but that the activity is a real growth opportunity for employees.
