The Association Mystery Auditing Italia promotes monitoring the quality of services as experienced by clients/users, in this case, a ‘pilgrim’. We strongly believe that whenever a service is used, its experience should be measured and tracked, including during a ‘journey’.
Healthcare Project
We play a leading role in assessing services provided by organisations across both private and public healthcare sector. An area that proved even more crucial following the pandemic.
Municipality Project
It’s a challenge. This is not simply about assessing your municipality using the Mystery Auditing approach. There is a dual perspective: on one hand, the desire to understand what works and what doesn’t; on the other, the fear of what might emerge. Mystery Auditing’s scientific method provides an objective picture of the situation. In our communications, we involve the workers’ union representatives and clarify that no one is being evaluated, it is an opportunity for employees’ growth.
