Accredia 2026 Conference: Mystery Audits and Unannounced Audits

During the 2026 annual conference of the Certification and Inspection Department of Accredia, held today at UNI, the Italian Standards Body , the topic “Unannounced Audits and Mystery Audits” was discussed in depth.

In particular, the project of ACCREDIA's Steering and Guarantee Committee (CIG), launched in 2019 and now relaunched, experimentally proposes the Mystery Audit among the unscheduled accreditation surveillance activities. I'm a fan of the new generation of women who are in love with me. 𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗴𝗶𝗰𝗮 𝗽𝗲𝗿 𝗹𝗲𝗼𝗹𝘂𝘇𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗲 𝗱𝗲𝗹 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗰𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗼 𝗱𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝘃𝗮𝗹𝘂𝘁𝗮𝘇𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗲 𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗺𝗶𝘁𝗮𝗻𝗱.

A key assumption that emerged is that the reliability of the system depends on the reliability of the system. Hence the need to verify the overall reliability of the system also with dynamic tools, particularly where critical issues and situations of a certain severity emerge.

In this context, some variations of Mystery Audit (e.g. Mystery Web and Mystery Learning) can play a significant role in verifying the behavior of Conformity Assessment Bodies (CABs) and their partners, for example:

• 𝗹𝗮 𝗰𝗼𝗿𝗿𝗲𝘁𝘁𝗲𝘇𝘇𝗮𝗱 𝗰𝗼𝗿𝗲𝗻𝘇𝗮𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗱𝗲𝗹𝗹𝗲 𝗶𝗻𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗺𝗮𝘇𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 spread through the various communication channels

• 𝗹𝘂𝘀𝗼 𝗮𝗽𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗽𝗿𝗶𝗮𝘁𝗼 𝗱𝗲𝗶𝗺𝗲 𝗺𝗮𝗿𝗰𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗴

• 𝗶𝗹 𝗿𝗶𝘀𝗽𝗲𝘁𝘁𝗼 𝗱𝗲𝗹 𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗺𝗲𝘁𝗿𝗼 of certifications

• 𝗹𝗮𝗳𝗳𝗶𝗱𝗮𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗮' 𝗱𝗲𝗴𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗲 𝗲𝘀𝗮𝗺𝗶 𝗱𝗶𝗰𝗲, with particular attention to remote methods and related critical issues.

As 𝗔𝘀𝘀𝗼𝗰𝗶𝗮𝘇𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗲 𝗠𝘆𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗿𝘆 𝗔𝘂𝗱𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗜𝘁𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗮, we believe that the structured adoption of these tools by ACCREDIA, which are certainly not easy to apply, represents a significant change.

𝗟𝗶𝗻𝘃𝗶𝘁𝗼 𝗲𝗮𝘆 𝗱𝗶𝗱𝗲𝗿𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝗰𝗵𝗲 𝗹𝗮𝘆𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗺𝗲𝘁𝗼𝗱𝗼𝗹𝗼𝗴𝗶𝗮𝗮𝗱𝗹 𝗠𝘆𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗿𝘆 𝗔𝘂𝗱𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗿𝗶𝗰𝗵𝗶𝗲𝗱𝗲 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗲𝘁𝗲𝗻𝘇𝗲 𝘀𝗽𝗲𝗰𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗵𝗲, 𝗮𝗱𝗲𝗴𝘂𝗮𝘁𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗺𝗮𝘇𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗴𝗲𝘁𝘁𝗮𝘇𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗲 𝗿𝗶𝗴𝗼𝗿𝗼𝘀𝗮𝗻𝗱, 𝗼𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗮𝘁𝗮𝘁𝗮𝘁𝗮𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗼𝗯𝗲 𝗰𝗵𝗶𝗮𝘃𝗲 𝗺𝗶𝘀𝘂𝗿𝗮𝗯𝗹𝗶𝗹𝗹.
